BLUETTI AC200L: what it runs in an outage
The AC200L is a home-backup station that stays put: the same 2,048Wh and 2,400W as the DELTA 2 Max, but with the most solar input and the biggest expansion ceiling in our catalog — and the most weight.
Good fit if you…
- want to cover a fridge plus essentials through a 12-hour outage
- plan to recharge from solar during multi-day outages (up to 1,200W of panels)
- may build out to several kWh later (up to 8,192Wh)
Look elsewhere if you…
- need to move it around (about 62 lb)
- need the highest surge rating for big motor loads (see the surge note below)
Estimated runtimes
These come from the same calculation as the planner: our representative appliance figures, efficiency estimated from the load, and a 10% battery reserve. The range runs from our cautious to our optimistic estimate; verdicts use the expected value in between. Your appliances will differ — try your own.
| Load | Runtime | Verdict |
|---|---|---|
| Wi-Fi, lights and phones, 8 hours | about 20–27 h | Covers it |
| Fridge alone, 12 hours | about 20–26 h | Covers it |
| Fridge, Wi-Fi and lights, 12 hours | about 12–15 h | Covers it |
| CPAP with heated humidifier, one night (8 hours) | about 26–37 h | Covers it (estimate — test first) |
| Work-from-home day: Wi-Fi, lights, phone, laptop (8 hours) | about 14–17 h | Covers it |
| CPAP plus fridge, overnight (8 hours) | about 13–16 h | Covers it (estimate — test first) |
What the numbers mean for you
On our estimate the AC200L runs a fridge with Wi-Fi and lights for about 13–14 hours and a fridge alone for nearly a day. That’s the same as the DELTA 2 Max, because the battery is the same size; the differences are elsewhere.
Solar is its strongest card. With 1,200W of panels and about 4 good sun hours, it could take in roughly 3,600Wh a day on our rough solar estimate — more than a fridge, Wi-Fi and lights use in 24 hours. That makes it the most realistic multi-day option here if you have the panels.
Surge conflict: BLUETTI’s US product page lists “Surge Power: 4,800W,” but the AC200L manual’s overload table shuts output off above 3,600W after half a second. We use 3,600W, the more cautious figure, until BLUETTI clarifies. That’s still plenty for a fridge.
Limitations and things to check
- Surge: 4,800W on BLUETTI’s US page vs a 3,600W overload limit in the manual; we use 3,600W.
- Power Lifting Mode (3,600W) is only for resistive loads such as heaters.
- Weight: 62.4 lb in the spec table; BLUETTI’s comparison table says 61.6 lb.
- Some solar bundles were sold out when checked.

Alternatives worth comparing
- EcoFlow DELTA 2 Max — same battery and output, 12 lb lighter, higher surge — but sold out when checked.
- ALLPOWERS R1500 — half the battery, but expandable to 4,608Wh and much easier to move.
